Titan Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity and safety of our product line. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the products sold—specifically, pharmaceutical-grade oral and injectable anabolic steroids and supplements—all sales made through titanlabs.shop are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered
- Dissatisfaction with product effectiveness
2. Damaged or Missing Items
In the event that you receive a package with damaged contents or missing items, you must:
- Submit photo evidence of the damaged or incomplete shipment to tristan@titanlabs.shop
- Ensure the email is sent within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
- Include your full name, order number, and a clear description of the issue
Failure to report damage or missing items within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of eligibility for any resolution.
Upon verification, we reserve the right to issue a replacement shipment or take other remedial action at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
3. Shipping Method and Territory
All orders are shipped exclusively via Canada Post. Titan Labs currently ships within Canada only. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
